To make a booking please visit our job search at
www.directbooking.ro and select the desired offer.
To find your offer you can browse the site by categories and
select the desired category (seaside accommodation in cities, city
breaks, ski holidays, New Year, etc..) and country.
To search for a hotel offer you can search by hotel name or
destination (country, region, state) in the "Search Offers" from
the home page www.directbooking.ro.
To get the offer for a period and a number of tourists visit the
"Offer and availability" from the list of hotels where you enter
the date (Check-In), no. of nights, no. of adults, no. of older
children and children ages and click Search. Simply fill out this
information for only one hotel and the offers for the other hotels
will have the same filtering parameters. To make a reservation or
ask for a confirmation request from the agency please click
the "Book now" button displayed on offers results. All results can
be available on request (On Request) or firm (allotment). If a firm
(allotment) confirmation is given then it can be paid online by
credit card. In the case of offers available on request is
necessary for us to confirm the availability which can take between
1 and 3 days.
Payment is in place to offer the seats (allotment) or to confirm
your booking for deals with places available on request (On
Request).
On confirmation of your booking you must pay a deposit of at least
30% of the package tour and the difference must be paid 14 days
before the start of your stay if no deadline is specified for the
Early Booking discount.
Payment can be made by card during booking, by cash or bank
transfer to any Unicredit Tiriac Bank branch using the proforma
invoice issued by Direct Booking.
Documents and travel service contract and invoice, will be sent by
email when paying a deposit or the full amount of the
booking.
The voucher can be picked up from our office in Bucharest or be
sent by mail or electronically by email when you pay in advance and
the booking was confirmed.

To request a quote for a hotel or destination please fill out
the custom request or request a personalized section of the site
pages that are available or demand for a destination hotel.
You can also request personalized offer by email at
office@directbooking.ro stating what destination you want
(destination, hotel, period, number of adults and children, the
children, table type, transmission type).
Custom request completed on site and those sent by email will be
processed in 1-2 days by Direct Booking agents. Afterwards you will
receive an email with the offer details.
