Zur Mitbenutzung: Grundstück. Im Hause: Sprudelbad (extra). Infrarotwärmekabine, Wellnessbereich, Skiraum, Zentralheizung. Zufahrt bis zum Haus (Bergstrasse). Im Winter 4x4 empfohlen. Parkplatz (für 8 Autos, beschränkte Anzahl) beim Haus. Einkaufsgeschäft, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurant, Bushaltestelle 100 m, Bahnstation "Visp" 18 km. Gondelbahn, Skisportanlagen, Skiverleih 100 m, Skibushaltestelle 50 m, Kinderskischule, Langlaufloipe 100 m. Bekannte Skigebiete sind gut erreichbar: Kreuzboden/Hohsaas 100 m, Saas-Fee 4 km. Der Besitzer akzeptiert keine Gruppen.
