Das Haus ist auf zwei Seiten von Rasenflächen umgeben, die als Liegewiese und Kinderspielplatz genutzt werden können. Vor der Eingangsseite befindet sich ein asphaltierter Abstellplatz für die Autos der Hausbewohner und Gäste. Im Eingangsbereich sind ein Raum zum Abstellen von Skiern, Schlitten und Skistiefeln sowie ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. In unserem privaten Kellerraum finden Sie zudem genügend Platz für Ihre Koffer.Komplett im modernen Alpen-Stil renovierte 2,5-Zi-Wohnung im 1. OG des Haus "Milimatta". Sonniger Südbalkon mit schönem Bergblick. Offene, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Gefrierfach und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine; Schlafzimmer mit Box-Spring-Doppelbett; Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Design-Schlafcouch; Flachbildschirm TV/DVD, Internet, WLAN (6Mbit); Bad mit Marken-Sanitär, Dusche. Im Haus befinden sich Waschmaschine, Trockner, Ski- und Fahrradabstellraum. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die Loipe und die Paragliding-Flugschule sind nur 200m entfernt.Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen ausgelegt (Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere). Mindestaufenthalt 7 Tage. Anreise nur samstags.
