Zufahrt bis 1 km zum Haus. 1 km Fussweg bis zum Haus. Öffentliches Parkhaus in 1 km. Einkaufsgeschäft, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Supermarkt 500 m, Restaurant 100 m, Bushaltestelle 500 m. Skilift, Gondelbahn, Skisportanlagen, Skischule, Schlittelbahn, Eisfeld 500 m, Kinderspielplatz 200 m. Bekannte Skigebiete sind gut erreichbar: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Gepäcktransport (extra) mittels Elektro-Taxi vom Dorfplatz/Parkgarage (extra) bis zum Haus möglich.
