location: The hotel is located directly on Lake Lugano. The entrance of the hotel is facing the lake and on the other side are views of rolling green hills.
rooms: The impressive rooms are all very large and in perfect condition. All rooms are furnished with bright furniture and pastel colors. Bathrooms are large and in top condition as well. All rooms are equipped with modern facilities, even with a PC.

restaurant: The hotel has two restaurants. The is a breakfast restaurant on the ground floor and a 'panoramic' restaurant on the top floor with a beautiful view over the lake. exterior: A large building in bright pink, beautifully situated directly on the lake. The hotel and the shore of the lake are separated by a road. On both sides of the road there are parking places for the hotel guests. There is direct entrance from the basement of the hotel to the restaurant and swimming pool on the lake.
