The common terrace offers fantastic view to the famous mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. The showers and toilets are shared by all the guests, but all the rooms have a sink. The Budget hotel is an ideal base for excursions to the mountains, the lakes or any adventure activities. The local host (4th generation) and its staff have good knowledge about the area and are able to give you lots of tips. You can enjoy tasty Swiss food at the hotels Schnadis restaurant on the sunny terrace offering magnificent view to the mountains. A shared kitchen and a shared laundry are available. Guests are given the Interlaken guestcard at the Budget Waldhotel which entitles them to use the public transportation within Interlaken for free. The nearest bus-stop is called „Heimwehfluh“ and it takes only 8 minutes on foot from or to the hotel.WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
