Since the 1st of January 2019 we welcome our guests to the adult's only vintage hotel and as one of the first bike hotels in the Berner Oberland.. we have now also rooms in the 4**** category as well as in the 3*** category. 
Room types:
All classic rooms - are individually designed and will make you feel at home. Each room gleams in its unique style of furniture. They are equipped with a flat screen TV, a telephone, a safe, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, an electric kettle and either a shower or a bathtub.
All superior rooms - are individually designed with a traditional alpine-chic style. Our superior category is equipped with a Nespresso machine, our superior rooms are larger than our classic ones and some also offer a balcony to enjoy the view of the beautiful city and the Swiss mountains.
Suites - offer a huge living space with everything to make your stay in our hotel unforgettable. And the luxury does not end here. You can also enjoy our wellness area free of charge.
Aarmühle-Suite with panoramic roof terrace - This suite is located on the 5th floor of the Carlton building and consists of a large living room and bedroom, a separate second bedroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool and the other with a sauna. On the 6th floor you will find the gallery and the large roof terrace with a variety of sun loungers and tables.
Apartments -  are equipped with a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower and/or a bathtub, hairdryer and an additional washroom. All apartments have a south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the Swiss mountains.
Restaurant:
The hotel offer a meal service in Interlaken, Unterseen and Matten for seniors and other interests.
That meal service provides a varied, seasonal kitchen with freshly cooked food every day. Prepared for you in the Carlton-Europe Vintage hotel kitchen.
Asllani's Corner - The popular Asllanis Corner is now in our hotel and is known for its homemade burgers, even the fries and buns are freshly prepared.
Chalet Beizli - This charming swiss restaurant offers a wide variety of freshly cooked food with the typical swiss touch.
Chalet Bar - Enjoy a glas of wine or a delicious grappa in a cozy atmosphere.
The chalet bar is open only on request.
Whiskyness - A wide selection of rare whiskys.
CHIMNEY BAR - Every day we serve freshly ground coffee, local and homemade specialties and an exquisite selection of wines.
Facilities:
Wellness area is open on request from 8 am to 10 pm.

You can reach the center of Interlaken, by foot, in a few minutes. Also, the train station Interlaken Ost is only 200 meters away. Thus, you have all the options to get to know both the Interlaken Idyll and to explore the Bernese Oberland and the Jungfrau region by public transport.
